It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team.Your Responsibilities:* Set up and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure optimal output* Prepare inks for proper color and consistency* Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before each run* Check plates for correct format and alignment* Inspect forms throughout production to maintain consistent quality* Work with the Production Team to schedule and prioritize jobs, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaYour Shift:* Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMYou Must Have:* Mechanical aptitude and ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances* Strong math skills and attention to detail* High degree of mechanical ability* Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructionsRequirements Within This Position:* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with others* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position* Frequently moves throughout the facility and operates machinery handling printed materials* Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ poundsWe Would Also Prefer:* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Good analytical ability* Strong color discernmentAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing complex communication challenges.
