We are seeking a seasoned full stack development technologist to join our team as Full Stack Developer at our Newport Beach office.

Responsibility


  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and delivering high-quality software.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend and frontend solutions using Rust, Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Strong understanding of its best practices, advanced types and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with technology stacks - React, NoSQL, MongoDB, Typescript, AWS, GCP
  • Design and implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability and flexibility.
  • Host, deploy, and manage applications using AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to enable seamless communication between different systems and services.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming, system design, and large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and driving real business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Experience mentoring less experienced developers
  • Take a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the code you write and the solutions you implement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design and release new features.
  • Ensure application performance, quality and responsiveness.
  • Lead by example by writing best practices and sharing knowledge.
  • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging.
  • Innovate and introduce new technologies to enhance our products.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1-3+ years of software development experience, focusing on full-stack development.
  • experience using one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Golang, Rust, React, Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc. （Or Phd candidate with 3 ～ 5+ years of Academic Experience. ）
  • Have hands-on experience with AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of API development and integration.
  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • Ability to effectively articulate and drive solutions to technical and business challenges
  • Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
  • Experience working with driving product vision to deliver long-term customer and advertiser value
  • Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
