To be successful, you must be ready willing and able to abide by agency policies, rules and procedures.

How you will generally spend your time in this job:

60% General Responsibilities such as conducting visits, completing documentation, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, answering phones and casework items as assigned

30 % Supporting youth, including supervising visits and transports

10 % Staff meetings/supervision/training

Minimum requirements include:

  1. A High School Diploma or GED
  2. Driving; Driving positions require NYS License, in good standing and drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
  3. Computer Knowledge
  4. Physical Requirements: read/write reports and log entries, walking/standing for prolonged periods, bending/stooping, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, repetitive wrist/finger movements, driving own vehicle
  5. Relevant Experience Preferred
