**Job Title:** Private Family LPN


**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO


**Schedule:** Wednesday to Sunday 11-7


**Position Type:** Part-time


**Salary:** $30-40/hr (Depending on Experience)


**Job Description:**


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized care for two members of our private family. As an LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, well-being, and comfort of our family members.


**Job Duties:**


- Conduct regular vital signs checks with logs for collaboration with medical teams

- Manage and dispense medications as prescribed

- Prepare light meals such as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cream of wheat, and cut-up veggies

- Light bedroom tidying/sanitation of patient’s space

- Monitor oxygen levels as needed

- Assist with dressing, showering, and maintaining general hygiene

-Assist with bathroom needs

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided


**Requirements:**


- Current LPN license in CO

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in a private care setting

- CPR certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Discretion and professionalism a must*
