If you're looking for full time, part time, daytime, evening, or night hours, we have various shifts offeredPrevious cleaning experience is a plus, but not required We will train the right candidate on the areas needing to be serviced as well as duties required to fulfill the position.Some of the positions we currently have open are:Full Time Night Shift Housekeeper 5:00pm-2:00amPart Time 'Independent' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)Part Time 'Crew Member' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)This is a great opportunity for those looking for a second job to meet financial goals or a career change and everything in between All ServiceMaster PBM Employees will receive:Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual after 6 months.Paid Holidays accrual after 6 months.In addition to those listed above, ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln offers Full-Time Employees:Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401K Retirement Plan, plus a 4% company match.Most positions do not require use of a personal vehicle, however there are some positions that will require a personal vehicle and a valid Driver's License.No supply transportation is required, all supplies are provided and kept on site.Note: Employees must meet the requirements listed below for the positions: Floating, Site Supervisor, Production Assistant, and Area Account Managers.Speak, read, and write the English language.Have your own vehicle that you can use daily for work (including valid drivers license, insurance, and registration).Be able to pass multiple background checks.7 day availability from 6:30am-6:30pm (Daytime employee) or 5:00pm-3:30am (Evening employee) Primarily M-F, weekends as coverage is needed.Job Position Description:This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers', their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but not limited to:Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and proceduresSweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dustingMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Use proper PPE where requiredOpens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as requiredPhysical Demands and Qualifications:Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachingMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not requiredWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitudeContribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeTreat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respectTo Apply:Complete a paper application in person at our office located at 2626 'O' St Lincoln, NE.
