Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a wonderful law firm client that is seeking to bring on an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal for their office in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Charleston office.

This is a Senior level role that will require candidates with 7+ years of business immigration work experience.

Applicants must have the following experience:

  • Working with non-immigrant, and immigrant employment petitions, PERM labor certifications and other immigration related documents.
  • Legal billing
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • BA Degree

Preferred but not required skill sets include: foreign language, experience working with INSZoom, and iManage.
