Our leaders have a passion for driving sales and partnering with their team on design projects.Applicants for this position should be prepared to discuss how their leadership, service, design, sales, and operational skills have led to the development of cohesive, successful and profitable teams.General RequirementsMinimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in home furnishingsPreferably 2 years design experience, or interior design degreeSkilled at leading, motivating and managing a sales/design teamAbility to train, develop, and coach in sales, product and designAbility to establish, develop, and maintain customer relationshipsAbility to interpret profit/loss statements, KPI metrics, and general sales reportsAbility to manage daily operations of a store while achieving monthly sales and gross profit goalsPassion for design, positive attitude, and professionalism is a mustWillingness to work weekends and holidaysOpportunityBassett Store Managers are compensated on an annual salary.
