Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing the sale, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Drawing upon your in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and excellent interpersonal skills, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their preferences and budget.We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)What You'll Do:Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potentialCommunicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)Proactively learn about all dealership products and services availableAssist guests in selecting a new/used vehicleUnderstand and accommodate the needs of each guest to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transactionDrive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every dayWhat You'll Need:Full-time availability.
