Marketing Specialist/Executive Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist/Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently on various projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales to actively market properties for lease and sale.
  • Manage and optimize property listings on CoStar and LoopNet.
  • Develop and distribute Broker Blasts to promote property listings and company updates.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the SVP of Sales.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the sales and marketing departments.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and property listings.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and company goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CoStar, LoopNet, and other real estate listing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Team player mentality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
