Finance ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a contract basis in White River Junction, Vermont. In this role, you will oversee key financial activities including reporting, analysis, and forecasting to ensure the organization's financial health. This position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in financial modeling and month-end processes while contributing to strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Develop and refine financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to stakeholders.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.Monitor and manage budgets to ensure compliance with financial targets.Provide recommendations based on financial performance data to drive decision-making.Support audits and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate financial records.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes for efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience in financial management, including month-end close procedures.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Excellent skills in preparing and analyzing financial reports.Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and interpret complex data.Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools.Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
