This position will work directly within OSCS to assist with engagement events, data collection, marketing materials, and additional daily tasks. Essential Functions Assist in the executing of the communication plans to promote the vision, mission, goals, and achievements of the Office of Student and Career Success Create and curate engaging content through a variety of mediums Coordinates marketing and communication calendars, production schedules, and deadlines Collect data that supports best marketing practices within established platform mediums Ensure the OSCS website page is up to date with student engagement opportunities Assist with planning, preparing, & producing employer engagement events which may include set up and/or clean-up for engagement events Why Work at Auburn?Minimum Qualifications Current Auburn University student majoring in Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other equivalent majors Commitment to work up to 5-10 hours per week Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Training will be provided on all technology and systems required, but some technical aptitude is required.
