Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience. * Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred, * Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency desirableExperience: Proficiency in navigating the electronic medical record. * One or more years of hospital pharmacy experience preferredLicense(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Iowa Pharmacist license in good standing or eligible for licensure. Must attain a license to practice Pharmacy in Iowa within six months of employment. Must be directly supervised by a licensed pharmacist until Iowa Pharmacist license is obtained. Must maintain current license to practice pharmacy in Iowa and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners
