PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AIOps, to join our diverse, customer-focused team building the industry's best event orchestration and automation capabilities within the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Our vision: a world where AI-augmented software developers build and ship applications 10x faster, and those applications run reliably and autonomously in production. When the unexpected happens, automated event intelligence will detect anomalies, and AI agents and automated diagnostics and remediation will resolve most issuesso human teams can focus on innovation, not firefighting. Events flow into PagerDuty AIOps from production infrastructure, applications, developer tooling, and customer service platforms. Using machine learning and event-driven automation, it detects anomalies and triggers incident workflows to mobilize human responders and specialized AI agents. In this role, you will support the AIOps product, which includes service topology mapping, data enrichment and search, and visualization in our Operations Console. This is an exciting opportunity to solve some of the most compelling and high-value problems for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applications and infrastructure monitoring and observability systems, strong technical acumen, basic SQL knowledge, and a ChampionTheCustomer mindset. You will work closely with highly collaborative engineers and UX designers while building relationships with go-to-market teams (e.g. marketing, sales, success, support, etc) and enterprise customers. Important note: While this role is posted as remote, candidates who are located near one of our hub locations (San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto) will be given preference.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch customer needs, define, and evangelize a roadmap that reflects the strategic vision for AIOps, taking into account business strategy, technical feasibility, and usabilityUnderstand our broader Operations Cloud vision and deliver competitive differentiation by deeply integrating with other elements of our product portfolioPartner with a dedicated group of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver and iterate on products and features that address critical customer needsEmbrace a "product-led growth mindset" to not only deliver customer value but to also drive adoption and usageBuild partnerships across our integration ecosystem to drive utility, usage and revenue growthBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience as a product manager driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and driving success metrics, ideally in B2B SaaSExperience using api-first development practices to design new products and structure requirementsFamiliarity with UI/UX best practices, usability testing, and interpreting user research to inform roadmap decisions and feature developmentTrack record of building positive working relationships with engineering, UX design and teams outside of product developmentExperience working with marketing, sales, and enablement to take a new products to market and driving PLG and SLG adoption post-releaseAbility to effectively communicate across diverse backgrounds and contexts, and lead through influence using metrics and researchPassion for getting things done (and for things you haven't done, you are naturally curious, driven to learn, and unafraid to ask for help)Proficiency with analytics tools and a track record of data-driven decision-makingStrong customer empathy and a curiosity-driven approach to learning their needsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI, ML, or Data Science principlesComfort with SQL or data analysis toolsA bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, or computer science or related technical fieldMBA a plusThe base salary range for this position is 161,000 - 271,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
