The schedule is full-time with patient contact hours of 36 hours per week. Shifts occur Monday through Friday with a call rotation. The clinic hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays. Procedure and OR days will be 2 to 4 per week. On-call responsibilities include a rotation for soft tissue call in addition to clinic call. Responsibilities include trauma call, ER consults, in-office consults and procedures, and reconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons. Inpatient responsibility is included. Expect a daily volume of 16 or more clinic visits depending on the type. Appointment lengths will range from 15 to 30 minutes. The patient demographic includes surgical and cosmetic patients of all ages. There will be opportunities for teaching. Nursing support is provided at a ratio of 1:1.
