The individual in this role will support aspects of human resources and will source talented and diverse social services, behavioral health care, and other candidates through traditional job boards as well as innovative and creative methods.Why work at gcbhs? Comprehensive health insurance. 403(b) retirement with match.Position ResponsibilitiesAssists in coordinating a variety of general human resources activities and adp processes including new hire on boarding, employee status changes, terminations.Acts as resource to organization staff.Performs various administrative functions for human resources.Maintain and manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through the hiring stages.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and department teams to ensure hiring requirements are met in a timely manner.Build, develop and maintain a pipeline of both passive and active qualified candidates.Participate in recruiting and job fairs.Organize agency recruiting events.Track and coordinate intern sourcing.Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers on a regular basis.Ensure a positive applicant experience from the interview through the hiring process.Back up and support other hr functional areas as needed.Position RequirementsAssociate's degree in human resources or business administration.2 years of administrative/office experience preferred.Previous human resources experience required.Previous hris (adp) experience.Online training system experience required.We have been named a top workplace in greater cincinnati and northern kentucky since 2010 Please visit our website to learn more about gcbhs.
