Job Summary: We are searching for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all aspects of receiving, storage, and shipping. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management best practices. We are committed to maintaining a secure and productive environment and expect our supervisors to champion safety initiatives and enforce all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement to optimize space and accessibility. Implement and enforce all warehouse safety procedures and regulations, promoting a culture of safety. Monitor and manage productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Operate or oversee the operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe usage. Manage shipping and receiving operations to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with all company policies, including adherence to PPE requirements for all staff. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety information. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring team compliance with PPE usage. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
