Prime Retail Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Superintendent to work in the field as a road warrior (95% Travel) on client project sites. Preference is someone based out of Northern Florida (Jacksonville/Orlando).


We are in need of a top notch and experienced leader to join our Construction team and help lead our growing organization in exceeding of client's expectations on each construction project we work.

Superintendents shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors and Assistant superintendents on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. This position shall be responsible for monitoring project security personnel.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Knowledge of the retail construction industry including reading and interpreting blue prints.

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Must own reliable transportation, with a willingness to travel up to (85-95%)

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude

• Own and have experience using hand and power tools

• Work effectively on a team, successfully manage a team up to 5

• Candidate must be able to manage on-site project from kick-off to close out while managing and

directing other trades (5 varies types of trades)

• Able to work overnight as needed
