Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quilting and Sewing Machine Mechanic at E.S. Kluft & Company. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair of heavy equipment, and troubleshooting quilting and sewing machines to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.


Qualifications

  • Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Heavy Equipment skills
  • Experience in preventive maintenance practices
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of quilting and sewing machinery is a plus
  • Set-up, repair, and programming of automated machines
  • Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
