Liquor Store General Manager 3AWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Washington Avenue in Philadelphia. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store while leading and developing a dedicated team.As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational success. You will be a key leader, overseeing day-to-day activities, developing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets while maintaining a top-tier store environment.Key responsibilities include:Leading, directing, and managing all store operationsOverseeing and motivating store staffDriving sales initiativesEnsuring the store environment remains clean, organized, safe, and welcomingManaging inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper product placementHandling cash management, sales reporting, and maintaining accurate recordsEnsuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesCollaborating with the broader management team to develop and implement effective sales and operational strategiesParticipating in employee training and performance managementFostering a positive, team-oriented work environmentWork Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly. Telework is not an option in this position. Salary details will be communicated via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Required Experience, Training & Eligibility Qualifications: Minimum experience and training requirements include one year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B, two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A, three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B, four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A, or five years of supervisory retail sales work. You must meet the PA residency requirement and pass a background investigation.
