You'll be the bridge between clients, factories, and internal teams, ensuring every custom product meets our quality and delivery standards.In this role, you will:Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of custom product manufacturing, from order initiation to deliveryCoordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and quality complianceLead quality assurance reviews, including samples, pre-production photos, and testing resultsManage logistics, balance payments, and schedule deliveries with internal and external partnersTroubleshoot production issues and ensure consistent qualityAct as the main liaison between clients, factory teams, and internal departmentsPartner with sales and design teams on complex projects, ensuring technical and cost feasibilityConduct cost analyses, negotiate with partners, and manage pricing strategiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and better quality controlThis is a full-time, fully remote role - flexibility is key as you'll collaborate across multiple time zones.
