As a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep Tech Products (Night Shift) working from home, you will:Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guideResolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client productsTrack, document, and retrieve information in databasesBe an amazing problem-solverMaintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferredOffer additional products and/or servicesDeliver expert customer experienceswith a smileYour qualifications.
