ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights annually.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Maintain and develop the list of clients held by the Jet Card Director.
- Liaison between broker and client, keeping the Jet Card Director informed.
- Develop product knowledge including familiarization with aircraft used, range, capacity, crewing etc.
- Perform database changes to Broker lists as instructed by the Jet Card Director
- Review and Identify sales opportunities through broker list reviews
- Coordinate, organize, and implement meetings on behalf of the Jet Card Director, including production and organization of any paperwork, minute-taking as required, and dissemination to other meeting attendees.
- Cover the telephones and pick up calls when the Jet Card Director is in meetings, or if no one is available to answer the telephone (e.g. if everyone is already busy on the phone).
- Send account statements to Jet Card members
- Generate invoices for Jet Card deposits
- Monitor Jet Card Balances and communicate low balance alerts to the brokers
