Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.What We're Looking For:Enthusiastic and nurturing individuals who are passionate about early childhood education.Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred.A team player with strong communication skills and a heart for children and families.Commitment to safety, structure, and fun in the classroom.Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or GED required, early childhood experience preferred.Teacher Benefits:Health insurancePaid time offDental insuranceVision insuranceEmployee discountProfessional development assistanceThere are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
