If you want to make a difference, then Selene is the place for you Job Summary: The Manager - Cash Services is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to cashiering, reconciliation, and cash management. This role ensures the accurate and timely posting, processing, and reconciliation of funds in compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The Manager will lead a team of associates, maintain strong internal controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Cashiering, Reconciliation, and Cash Management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions. Oversee the posting and deposit of incoming funds, including internal and external payments. Manage the processing of wire transfers and check disbursements. Ensure timely reconciliation of cash and custodial accounts and resolution of reconciling items. Maintain vendor relationships, including lockbox services, and ensure service level agreements are met. Enforce internal controls to mitigate risk, prevent fraud, and ensure proper fund allocation. Ensure compliance with audit standards, risk assessments, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service quality. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to support professional development and departmental goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and deliver performance and compliance reports to senior leadership. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 4-10 years of experience in cash management, reconciliation, or financial operations. Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of investor servicing, cash operations, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, or Fiserv preferred. Why Selene?
