DescriptionLocation: Atlanta, GAEmployment Type: Full-Time Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team In this role, you will help assemble mobile air monitoring systems that support our emissions source testing teams. If you enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative environment and take pride in building high-quality systems, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble and modify enclosed trailers with electrical and pneumatic equipment Read and interpret system drawings and assemble components accordingly Operate hand tools (pneumatic, electric, and non-electric) Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of Mobile Lab systems Perform inventory management, equipment preparation, and quality control documentation Support shop maintenance and keep the workspace clean and organized Pack and ship equipment as needed What We're Looking For Safety-oriented and detail-focused Valid driver's license General knowledge of electricity (120/240 VAC preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using tools such as cordless drills, grinders, saws, tape measures, and ratchets Self-motivated with quick learning skills and strong documentation abilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and stoop consistently Lift up to 50lbs frequently Climb ladders and stairs Use tools requiring dexterity Distinguish between shades of color Work Environment Indoor warehouse/shop setting 40 hours per week On-site position (no regular travel required) What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 401(K) Plan with Competitive Match Continuing Education and Tuition Assistance Employer-Sponsored Disability Benefits Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, & Bonus Floating Holiday (if hired before July 1st) Profit Sharing or Individual Bonus Programs Referral Program Per Diem & Paid Travel Employee Discount Hub In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The pay range for this entry-level role is $18.00-27.00 per hour.
