Pay Rate: $19 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary Office Assistant position in Folsom, with opportunities for temp-to-hire. The Office Assistant will support various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Office setting with a standard business hours schedule.
