Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR Technology, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.

  • Strong technology acumen with the ability to understand, evaluate, and implement emerging HR technologies.
  • Deep functional understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing HR technology projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR technology initiatives and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in the context of HR technology.
