PRN NursePractitioner:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Medical Oversight: Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols
  • Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members
  • Results Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being
  • Collaboration with EHS Team: Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitionerwith a valid license in Colorado/USA.Can be remote as long as licensed in CO
  • 5 years of experience inFamily/General/Occupational Health
  • Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
  • Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Work Schedule:

  • PRN on call toprovide advanced care if requested or there is an incident to consult on
