Payrate: $27.00 Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915 Duration: 12 months Work setup: Onsite Shift Schedule: 7am-3:30pm | Mon-FriQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookSAP or ERP system experience preferred4-year degree or 4+ years relevant experienceOn-site role (minimal hybrid flexibility after onboarding)ResponsibilitiesExtract and analyze data from SAP and other sources to produce weekly reports:On-Time DeliveryBacklog and CapacitySales Order BacklogPlanned vs. Confirmed Manufacturing HoursInventory ResearchMaintain shared Excel workbooks and update from emails, SharePoint, MS Project, and meetings.Enter and manage data in Team Guru for management reporting.Partner with Continuous Improvement team to support PFEP (Plan for Every Part) implementation.Host meetings (Teams/In-Person) to gather inputs and refine processes.Support AI/LLM test planning initiatives.As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
