$ $65.00 per hour Work a 4 day week - M-Th No weekends Candidate must be a highly enthusiastic, professional, compassionate SLP therapist who loves to help pediatric patients rehabilitate from various surgeries, injuries, and conditions Will also take Clinical Fellowship CF candidates Our therapists create a fun and nurturing therapy experience for children to help them achieve the greatest functional potential.
We provide the most affective function-centered pediatric care therapies This is your chance to make a difference with meaningful workJob Duties & Responsibilities:
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist SLP
Participate in the development and periodic revision of the plan of care
Schedules, plans activities and provides rehabilitative services for therapy
Records type of treatment and patient's reaction to it on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly.
Instructs and counsels other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting patient in improving, correcting, and accepting his/her disabilitiesAttends case conferences as requested
Participates in staff development activities and in-service education as requested
Education & Experience:
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist SLP
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an Accredited Program
Current state SLP license
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
