We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic team at a leading aftermarket manufacturing supplier. This is a confidential search for an executive who will play a critical role in steering the financial direction of the company, overseeing major projects including company acquisitions, tax strategy development and implementation, transaction flow optimization, and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Financial Leadership:

o Lead the financial strategy of the company, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.

o Provide insightful and trusted counsel to the CFO and President on all financial matters.

· Mergers & Acquisitions:

o Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities to drive company growth.

o Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes for acquisitions.

· Tax Strategy & Implementation:

o Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.

o Ensure compliance with all tax regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.

· Transaction Flow Optimization:

o Oversee and improve transaction flow processes to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

o Implement best practices for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Change Management:

o Lead change initiatives to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

o Manage financial aspects of organizational changes, including restructuring and process improvement projects.

· Team Leadership & Development:

o Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

o Ensure the finance team is equipped to meet the company’s evolving needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or aftermarket industry.

· Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax strategy, and transaction management.

· Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information with discretion.
