We are looking for a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney with experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 filings, creditor rights, and corporate restructurings. The ideal Bankruptcy Attorney will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on bankruptcy matters, including filings, litigation, and negotiation.
- Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
- Conduct legal research and prepare documents, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Advise clients on debt restructuring and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to manage caseload efficiently.
- Stay current with bankruptcy law and trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have experience working at an AM200 Firm or come from a firm with 70+ employees.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be a resident is required.
- 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
This position provides an attractive starting salary complemented by an extensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. For this position, the salary range is between $200,000 and $315,000, reflecting a commitment to recognizing talent and rewarding excellence.
