With a nationwide team of field service engineers, PCX Lighting is a trusted partner in delivering exceptional lighting control solutions.Role DescriptionThe Field Services Engineer is a full-time hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and working remotely at a variety of customer job sites. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting lighting control systems, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering professional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of lighting systems while maintaining strong client relationships through timely service and communication.QualificationsExperience with Field Service and Preventive Maintenance work, ensuring system reliability and performanceStrong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectivelyExcellent Customer Service skills for maintaining professional communication and building client relationshipsTime management and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail in technical contextsBackground in electrical systems, controls, or related disciplines is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a similar field preferred, or related military experience
