We are currently seeking Entry Level Recruiters who are eager to start a career in the Staffing Industry.
In this role you will be learning all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating interview processes.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruiting activity.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process by providing timely feedback and communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the Technology Staffing industry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with MS Office and contact database systems
- Bachelors Degree
