Account Manager Position at AlphaGraphicsAs an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center's outside sales and bring new business in through outside selling efforts. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center's sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.Outside Sales Representative ResponsibilitiesHas a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricingMaintains a professional appearanceEnsure all clients have a positive customer experienceCan easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and servicesConsults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunitiesCaptures customer's specifics using "Job Analysis" questionsAsks probing questionsReviews customer's proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick upCreates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracyRoutinely resolves customer inquiries and complaintsDisplays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectivelyMaintains current pricing strategies and customer billing proceduresAn AlphaGraphics Outside Sales Rep performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:Assists in networking and external sales and business exposure activitiesAssists all aspects of the selling functionFollows up and manages new leads and new growth opportunitiesFollows up on targeted direct mail or local shop mailingsKeeps customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production processShows proficiency in regular use of CRM toolsEffectively manages all communication methods currently available to respond timely to customer inquiriesOutside Sales Representative QualificationsOutside Sales experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plusPossesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processesHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerStrong analytical skillsExcellent writing and verbal skillsProfessional appearance and decorumStrong organizational and time-management skills***Pay structure is 10% Commission with no base salary ***No cap on how much you can make***Excellent opportunity with a highly established and respected business in Las Vegas just south of the Las Vegas Strip***Compensation: $2,500.00 per monthAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone Whether you are just starting out, looking for that next great growth opportunity, or seeking a change, we have exciting roles to suit you.We pride ourselves on our training programs in management, sales, operations, print, signs, design, and marketing.
