This role offers the opportunity to establish and scale the foundational blocks of a Lean Portfolio Management program within Multifamily Technology. Through our efforts, we support the long-term strategies of each line of business, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation.Your ImpactLead the integration of Lean principles and Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and rapid solution delivery.Analyze and optimize organizational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication, while effectively balancing risk and control.Drive digital transformation efforts within long-term business strategies, supporting modernization and continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Engage with senior management and stakeholders to communicate strategies and drive decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
