This is a strategic leadership role focused on customer success, engagement growth, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of maritime and naval sector customers, ensuring high satisfaction, renewal, and expansionDrive solution design and executionfrom initial scoping to post-implementation support and enablementLead discovery and engagement efforts, identifying new opportunities for products and servicesPartner with customers to uncover operational challenges and improvement opportunities, offering recommendations and insights informed by best practices and industry trendsAnalyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to the prioritization of process improvementsLead teams of consultants and technical specialists, setting direction and ensuring excellence in deliveryAbout You:Prior experience in a highly regulated industry, with experience in maritime highly preferred.Experience in customer-facing roles, with strong team and engagement leadershipProven track record of growing accounts and securing repeat business through exceptional service deliveryAbility to work in a remote environment, and travel to company and customer sites such as shipyards from time to timeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred Skills:Experience or understanding of Agile concepts and work in relevant frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM)Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and AccessKnowledge of project management concepts and toolsHands-on experience with IFS products and modules, or other ERP systems, in both remote and cloud deploymentsExperience in enterprise program governance, project and portfolio management, and PMO'sCertifications and accreditations in Atlassian, IFS, SAFe, ITIL, and PMPWhy Work For Us?
