Job Overview:

As the Quality Manager you will oversee and develop the companys quality system ensuring it remains compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and maintain the highest quality standards across the organization. This role requires strong leadership a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage projects effectively while staying adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development of a robust quality system.
  • Oversee PPAP APQP root cause analysis control plans PFMEAS GD&T and gage systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage document control supplier development and change management processes.
  • Utilize visual management techniques to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to meet quality system requirements.
  • Manage product and project quality ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding quality concerns and solutions.
  • Assist departments in implementing and maintaining quality system standards.
  • Respond to travel requests on short notice as needed for qualityrelated projects.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in IATF quality management or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of PPAP APQP and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Expertise in internal auditing change management and supplier development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of handling multiple projects with strong followthrough.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with visual management techniques.
  • Familiarity with GD&T PFMEAS and gage systems.
  • Proven ability to pivot and adapt to changing project demands.
