Your Role as a Certified Nursing Assistant:

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by:

  • Prioritizing Resident Safety: Supervise and care for residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Providing Dignified Care: Assist with physical handling, bathing, hygiene, training, and wheelchair management.
  • Supporting Daily Activities: Accompany residents to scheduled programs, actively participate when appropriate, and engage in meaningful activities beyond their routines.
  • Creating a Comfortable Environment: Keep residents' homes clean and tidy, fostering a welcoming and nurturing space.
  • Documenting Care: Maintain accurate and timely resident charts within the HSMS system.

What You Bring to the Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification and a current CPR Certification required.
  • Prior experience in caregiving preferred, but not required-we provide excellent training
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • A passion for helping others and the ability to work with care and compassion.
