Role
• Develop and execute test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct manual testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify and report software defects using Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Review requirements and design documents for testability and accuracy.
• Implement and advocate for QA best practices and methodologies.
• Perform regression testing to validate software changes.
• Monitor and improve test coverage to ensure comprehensive testing.
• Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases.
• Document test plans, cases, and results comprehensively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in quality reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Skills/experience
