Sr. Director FP&A | Bonus | Relocation

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a manufacturing firm north of Indianapolis looking for a Sr. Director of FP&A due to growth. This role will be a part of an established team with great tenure and will provide financial strategic direction. An executive presence, manufacturing experience, and a leader are key here.


Responsibilities:

  • Recommend strategic financial direction to CFO in terms of business model, product lines, etc.
  • Provide guidance to small FP&A team
  • Forecasting to assist long-term financial strategy
  • Monthly variances, financial results, and planning
  • Assist with financial analysis in a hands on atmosphere
  • Take initiative for cost savings, new financial analysis, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Report KPIs and provide insight
  • Support transformative initiatives like ERP implementations
  • Assist on executive presentations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and trends


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Finance
  • 12+ years in finance within manufacturing; ideally food & beverage
  • 7+ years supervisory experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • Public audit experience required; ideally Big 4
  • Large ERP experience required
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • GAAP & IFRS knowledge
  • CPA or CMA preferred
