DiscStore.com, a subsidiary of Extra Mile E-commerce, is seeking recent college graduates with a passion for disc sports and business to join our team in Omaha.


We are looking for smart, hard working individuals who want to learn, grow, and win as a team.


  • Starting at $40k / year
  • 20% of company profits paid out to employees when yearly goal achieved
  • 1st year includes online courses and book study to develop your business skills
  • Company paid MBA program


Our facility includes a full court basketball court, NFL field goal posts, air hockey, pool, golf simulator, bubble hockey, giant quad screen TV, slide, and more.


Duties:


  • Employees start in our shipping and customer service departments to learn the business.
  • Employees will partake in training to lead a part of the company within 2 years.


Requirements:


  • Thorough knowledge of disc golf discs and brands
  • Deep passion for disc golf
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • 4 year equivalent college degree
  • Growth oriented
  • Hard working
  • 50+ hour work weeks
  • Good on technology
  • We're looking for smarts, hard work, and attitude. We'll train the rest.
