Team MemberThe Team Member enhances the theater experience by providing universal coverage and assistance to Emagine guests through identifying and recommending appropriate products, solutions, and services that will improve their overall movie entertainment experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed, well informed, and are able to choose from a variety of options.Provide outstanding customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their Emagine experience.Identify and recommend additional concession and seating offerings to enhance the overall movie entertainment experience for our guests.Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.Monitor individual theater environment and enforce Emagine's Code of Conduct so guests enjoy a relaxing, safe and enjoyable entertainment experience.Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served quality products that enhance their Emagine experience.Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby and theatres to ensure a comfortable and clean experience for all patrons.This job has no supervisory responsibilities.To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments; develops new approaches to meeting customer needs and sales goals; able to follow instructions and respond to management direction; develops alternative solutions.Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others; views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyones efforts to succeed.Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; completes daily tasks correctly and on time; supports organizations goals and values.Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.Initiative - Volunteers readily; undertakes self-development activities; seeks increased responsibilities; asks for and offers help when needed.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
