This position also ensures that the management team is providing the necessarytools within reasonable time to support improved performance, reduction in cost, and promotionsof products and services.This position is responsible for developing models and performance management reports insupport of strategic initiatives. Being responsible for the preparation and review of key financialstatements and reports, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports for thebusiness units. In addition, this position provides training and guidance and technical andanalytical expertise.This role contributes to the MRM strategy through advanced data analysis and reporting, providingmanagement with an effective way to quickly identify their team’s performance across variousKPIs, allowing them to make sound decisions to impact results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Reporting: Develop comprehensive models and performancemanagement reports in support of strategic initiatives. Help identify behavior patterns andautomate.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Take primary responsibility for the preparation and review ofkey financial statements and reports, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performancereports for various business units.Strategic Contribution: Contribute significantly to the overall MRM (Management ResourceManagement) strategy through advanced data analysis, ensuring data-driven insights areactionable and timely.Technical & Analytical Support: Provide training, guidance, and technical and analyticalexpertise to team members and management, fostering a culture of data literacy and accuracy.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that support enhancedperformance, cost reduction, and effective promotion of products and services.Qualifications to ApplyExperience: Proven experience in a financial analyst, data analyst, or performance managementrole, preferably within a related industry.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and experience developing complex performance reports and financial models.Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translatecomplex data into actionable business insights.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated abilityto train and guide others and present findings to senior management.Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, ora related quantitative field is required.
