Program Management Analyst IIWe are seeking a Program Management Analyst II to join our U.S./UK Joint Program team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will provide you the opportunity to support U.S./UK Joint Program logistical and technical meetings. You will become the technical lead for several meeting forums assigned to you, requiring the exceptional ability to proactively organize, communicate, and manage the flow of information in each forum. This position will require you to prepare agendas, announcements, action item logs, watch lists, and attendee listings, as well as write meeting summaries, documenting the key points and important decisions made between the U.S. and UK governments.You will be trained to assist the U.S. Government customers in keeping them appraised of the current concerns prevalent in your meeting forums. You will be the Navy liaison for the atomic reporting, as well as the Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA) export control requirements and tracking. You will provide assistance in preparing and transmitting electronic files between our U.S. Government customers and their contractors, as well as making sure the information is expeditiously transferred to the UK team through defined information sharing channels. Additionally, you will be the liaison for UK MDA and PSA export control requirements and tracking.The ideal candidate should be able to effectively:Work independently across a multi-regional team, which will require prodigious communication skills via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.Become the dedicated point of contact for all meeting management and logistics between the U.S. and UK government and their contractors for assigned meeting forumsCoordinate and host technical program meetings to include:Meeting preparation to include drafting agendas, confirming attendees, reviewing action item status, and drafting customer presentationsDocumenting key takeaways, decisions, and action items during the meetingPreparing written summaries afterwards to submit to customers for approvalDocument, track, and report on technical program meeting action items and deliverablesUnderstand and manage transmissibility reporting for all atomic information exchanges with the UK governmentTrack and support electronic file transmission for various meetings and briefingsWrite technical reports and other technical documentation as required by the contractPerform other duties in support of the customer as requiredAble and willing to travel domestically/internationally in accordance with customer meeting requirementsRequired Experience:BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2A BS/BA in a technical (Science or Engineering) field of study and 3+ years of experienceMust possess and maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance and have the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearanceDemonstrated experience with organization, logistics, and meeting managementDemonstrated experience and willingness to be a technical writer and editor when producing contentProactive and organized personality with the ability to multitaskAble to work closely and clearly communicate with the customer, other organizations on the UK program team, and Arcfield team across multiple office locationsAble to work face-to-face and remotely with our customerAble to work both independently and as a member of a teamPossess strong written and oral skillsAble to grow in your career with a diverse teamA positive mindset that is willing to continually learnUnderstand and follow security-related operationsWilling to travel up to 50% of the timeDesired Experience:An MS or MA in a technical (Science or Engineering) field of study and have 1+ years of related experienceAbility to comprehend complex technical contentUnderstand technical vernacular and systems engineering conceptsFamiliar with updating DOORS with changes to requirements and tagging them as UK interest when requirements affect the UK program, and providing periodic reportsExperience working in a classified environment and with security-related operationsExperience with or knowledge of the Navy Fleet Ballistic Missile programFamiliar with the design and military utilization of nuclear weaponsFamiliar with treaty and agreements related to the U.S./UK nuclear cooperationEqual Pay Act: This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
