Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases from various sources.
  • Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain and update records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform routine data backups and data entry tasks.
  • Generate and run reports as required by management.
  • Assist with data analysis and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to other departments regarding data issues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for data management and security.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
