Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing and Content Strategist at goTRG/ReturnPro is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing and content strategies across various platforms and customer segments. This role is essential for maintaining consistent brand messaging and positioning through effective content management, strategic production, and promotional activities, and includes spearheading a corporate rebrand, managing partnerships with external agencies, coordinating significant events, and driving brand engagement. The strategist will also measure and report on the success of marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and continued brand growth.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Production: Oversee the development, writing, and editing of content including blog posts, byline articles, monthly newsletters, social media posts, and award submissions to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all communication platforms.

Content Management and Enablement: Evangelize content strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to bring the business’s vision to life and curate client/customer experiences with ultimate deliverable being a toolbox of resources that the broader sales and business development team can use to prospect business opportunities and diversify and increase client base. Find ways internally to promote and educate teammates on overall content strategy/mission/business offering. Make content available, accessible, and easy to understand how to use our library of materials.

Corporate Rebranding: Support imminent corporate rebrand, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms, while promoting and educating internal team on the mission, business offering, key messaging/brand positioning, and ICPs. Ensure all rebrand-related content is accessible, clearly understood, and effectively utilized within the company.

Integrated Marketing and Sales Enablement: Manage and refine content and marketing strategies across different ideal customer profiles (ICPs) such as enterprise, SMB, and 3P sellers, positioning goTRG/ReturnPro as a leader in returns management for any size business. Collaborate closely with business development, graphic design, and product teams to create tailored demos, pitch decks, and case studies that meet specific client needs.

Agency Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact with external PR agency, supporting their efforts to secure media interviews, craft and distribute press releases, surveys, expert commentary, data requests and related communications to amplify brand visibility.

Event and Conference Support: Coordinate conference attendance, including content preparation, booth setup, sponsorships, and related event announcements and promotion. Work with office manager on logistics like travel and accommodations.

Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators weekly and provide detailed monthly reports in collaboration with PR agency to measure the effectiveness of content and marketing strategies.


Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in content strategy and marketing, preferably in supply chain management or SaaS industries focused on retail or consumer products.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.

Strong storytelling ability, capable of simplifying complex business concepts into clear, engaging content.

Proven project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with data-driven marketing analysis.

Excellent writing skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Demonstrated success in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Ability to foster a positive team environment and work collaboratively.
