Simply Therapy is a small, local, therapist-owned private practice, offering speech therapy services to children of all ages. We provide family focused, clinic based evaluation and therapy services in our two clinics located in Winston-Salem and Kernersville.

We are seeking 2 pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to join our team of highly skilled and devoted therapists Full-time position and part-time positions are available in both our Kernersville and Winston Salem offices.

These positions open in October 2024. A full-time therapist will spend 4 full days in the clinic, with Fridays open for meetings, evaluations, make-up visits, or paperwork. A part-time therapist will spend 2 full days in the clinic.

_Our SLPs are paid per visit and our rates are competitive. Additional opportunities are available to increase income by meeting productivity goals, assisting with marketing activities, providing clinical supervision, and by obtaining advanced training/certifications._

Candidates must have:
* Master's degree from an ASHA accredited program
* NC State License in Speech Language Pathology
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
* At least 2 years of pediatric experience (strong CF candidates will be considered)

Additional details about the position:
* A full-time position has a goal of 30 billable sessions per week (we will schedule more to account for cancellations). These sessions are all clinic-based so there is no need to run around all over town to see your clients.
* The therapist would train with one of our therapists (training is paid) before beginning treatment.
* The caseload is varied and includes mostly young children, with the possibility of a few older children with diagnoses including language delays, articulation/phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, Autism, Down syndrome, vision/hearing impairments, feeding disorders, CP, etc. Expect some children with AAC needs (high and low tech).
* The therapist can expect 1-2 new evaluations per week, with the large majority of their time spent in therapy sessions.
* We use an electronic medical records program (Clinic Source) that enables you to do your paperwork outside of the office.
* We pay per session (rates are negotiated based on experience/skill set) and there are different rates for therapy, evaluations, and individual consultations/screenings. Training, group screenings and marketing activities are paid per hour.
* The therapist will have access to tons of materials, as well as a variety of standardized assessments.
* There are lots of collaboration as well as advanced learning opportunities with other SLPs and related service providers in both our Winston Salem and Kernersville offices.
* The therapist would be required to apply for a NC Medicaid number and receive the number prior to serving Medicaid eligible clients.
