Culinary Team Member OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated hard working hospitality driven person with a SMILE to become part of our Culinary Team. We are a private independent school located on Fox Chapel, PA. Our new culinary team member would be responsible for setting up the serving line, assisting in the preparation of the food for the line and serving the food during service. Our culinary team member will work as part of the team to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dining hall. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of caf, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment. Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience in resort would be ideal but willing to train the right person with a passion for food. Catering Team Members: This is a great part time opportunity to learn and grow while providing a fun atmosphere to show off your HOSPITALITY and attention to detail creating beautiful presentations of food and displays. Catering Team Members create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays with amazing hospitality and guest experience focus. These catering events range from small casual business lunches to amazing and extravagant black tie events. Cafeteria Substitutes: Working on an as needed basis, we are seeking Cafeteria substitutes to jump in where needed in a busy K-12 kitchen and dining caf setting. Substitutes will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of caf, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
