We're seeking an experienced Accountant with strong financial analysis skills to join our client's growing finance team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day accounting operations while providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly close process, assist in preparing financial statements, and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, and assist with tax preparation and compliance
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for management
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and support budgeting processes
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, with exposure to financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
